for some reason, that I can not figure out, the site deleted all our avatars and wont let you load them back on,

to get them back,
if the avatar is on your pc:
1. up load it to photobucket or imageshack,
2. then copy paste the image link to the box for offsite avatars

if online:
1. do step 2 in last one
